I have found that less the 5% of people ever even consider that there home may be over valued at the county assessors office. This results in thousands of people over paying for property taxes. This is good for schools and bad for individuals. (Unless its your neighbor over paying and your kids are in school) :) Anyways I just wanted to thank you for reminding people to check there property taxes and letting them know how to get that evaluation changed.
