I was just thinking about the issue of customer service recently. I had a bad experience back at Christmas when I paid extra to get a some gifts mailed out fast, and then found out that the company didn’t get mail out my gifts until four days after the order was received by the company. This was right before Christmas. Yikes!
When I finally called the company, their answer was “Well, we are really busy!” Hey, bet you won’t be busy next Christmas! (Can’t slam UPS, they did their part on time.)
So guess what I did when said company sent me (in January) a coupon for 40 % off—yes, you guessed it, if I sent them another order! Fat chance! Delete!
It’s all about customer service!

Lorraine it is really great when you find a good company that will stand behind their work. You know that a company that has a money back policy is almost always pretty good.
I was watching tv the other day and saw a house that’s carpet was SOLID with dried urine and other garbage… They called these guys… worked miricles for the show anyway…
No matter what type of business, top notch customer service will always be rewarded! No business is flawless but effective problem-solving and communication can make 100% of your customers satisfied.
CS is always the key, These online companies use the shady tactic of quoting shipping times based on order processing, instead of order placement. Of course that detail is always in the small print
Exactly the point, for any business to be successful it must have it’s great customer service. When you have good customer service, and the customer is happy. You will have a free word of mouth marketing going around, and this proud customer of yours will be all around his friends trying to get them to join this great service.
