Several of my long term clients and friends have passed a certain stage in their lives. This is the stage where they don't have to have a job, their income comes from real estate. Just over 10 years ago, one of these friends came to the USA with basically a shirt on his back, just a regular guy who after 3 years purchased a 30 unit apartment building using a seller carry back.
