    Interest rates are so low now that it is tempting to get back into the REI market. However, you also have to wait until these rates cause people to buy. Low rates are great, but we need people who can get mortgages to make this work.

    The buyers have been very active here in New Jersey ever since January 2nd of 2008. It sure is looking like 2008 will be stronger than 2007 here in New Jersey. With interest rates dropping, and the pent up demand it seems like New Jersey may help lead the way out of the housing slump.
